Before we arrive

  • Docs printed & organized. We don’t print on-site for these packages.
  • IDs for all signers (government photo; names must match docs).
  • Witnesses: ask your title/escrow if any are required; we can arrange for a fee.
  • Quiet table & good lighting.

Timing & fees

  • Most signings run 45–90 minutes depending on package size.
  • Our closing service is typically $300–$400+ (no on-site printing) plus zone travel and any after-hours premium.

Avoid re-signs

  • Confirm any ink color or initialing rules ahead of time.
  • Ensure names and vesting are correct before we arrive.
  • Have contact for your closer/attorney if questions arise.
