Mobile vs. bank notarization in MA: timing, privacy, witnesses, and travel

When mobile wins
- Time-critical: real-estate closings, hospital discharges, court/immigration deadlines.
- Privacy: wills, POAs, financial forms—avoid public bank lobbies.
- Witnesses: banks rarely provide them; we can arrange 1–2 witnesses.
- Coverage: evenings, weekends, and locations across Greater Boston & Taunton.
Bank is fine for simple walk-in stamps when timing and witnesses don’t matter and the bank is willing. Some branches refuse non-customers or specific documents.
Cost vs. convenience
- Mobile: service fee + travel (round-trip miles × $2.00; Taunton min $25) + any after-hours premium.
- Bank: often free/low-cost but limited hours and policies vary by branch.
