1. Acceptance of Terms 
By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. 
 
2. Services Provided 
Kelly Mobile Notary Services offers mobile notary coordination and document notarization through our network of independent contractor notaries. Services include general notary services, estate document notarization, loan signings, and business document authentication. 
 
3. Service Availability 
We strive to offer services nationwide through contractor notaries. Availability is based on local notary coverage. We reserve the right to decline service in any region due to regulatory restrictions or lack of notary availability. 
 
4. Payment Terms 
– A minimum of 50%–100% deposit is required before appointment confirmation. 
– Accepted payments: Square, Zelle, CashApp ($KMobileNotaryService), and Venmo. 
– Appointments are not confirmed until payment is received. 
– Final balances (if any) are due before notary assignment. 
– Notaries never collect payment directly from clients. 
 
5. Booking & Cancellations 
– Bookings must be completed through our website form or designated channels. 
– Cancellations made within 2 hours of appointment time may not be refunded. 
– Clients must upload payment confirmation and valid ID at time of booking. 
 
6. Use of Contractor Notaries 
All notarial services are performed by independent contractor notaries who are vetted and approved by us. They are bound by contract to: 
– Only accept assignments through our platform 
– Never contact clients directly outside our system 
– Maintain client confidentiality 
– Follow all legal notarial procedures 
 
7. Client Responsibilities 
Clients agree to: 
– Provide accurate contact and appointment information 
– Be present and prepared at time of appointment 
– Upload necessary documents and identification 
– Avoid unauthorized contact with notaries 
 
8. No Legal Advice 
We do not provide legal advice. Any information provided is for general informational purposes. Clients should consult an attorney for legal matters. 
 
9. Limitation of Liability 
Kelly Mobile Notary Services is not liable for: 
– Delays or issues caused by third-party notaries 
– Errors or omissions in documents provided by clients 
– Consequential or incidental damages 
 
10. Termination 
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our discretion if a client violates these terms or behaves abusively toward staff or contractors. 
 
11. Privacy 
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the practices described therein. 
 
12. Governing Law 
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA. 
 
13. Updates to Terms 
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
